Nicole Oh – Physiotherapist

Nicole Oh

For the past decade, Nicole has specialised in the treatment of cyclists, runners and triathletes, and active people in general. She combines her cycling knowledge and Physiotherapy skills to offer bike fitting services for all levels of riders. Her overall aim is to minimise the time clients spend away from their sport, as well as equipping them with management strategies to prevent ongoing injury and enable them to become more resilient, efficient and effective athletes.

Nicole is a Sydney-born and trained Physiotherapist with almost 25 years of experience. She has spent 18 of those years in the UK, working in a wide variety of settings in the NHS, GP clinics, private practice, and private hospitals, treating musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Her interest has always been in sports injuries, biomechanics and rehabilitation. She has also completed training in Acupuncture and Clinical Pilates.

Nicole played various team sports as a youngster and was a late comer to endurance sports, starting as a Triathlete and completing an Ironman in 2011. She switched to road racing in 2012 and has competed at national level for the past 10 years, racing in the UK, Belgium, France, and now Australia. She currently holds the National Masters titles for time trial, criterium, road race and cyclocross.

FUN FACT: Nicole’s other main interest besides cycling is travel, although covid has seriously curtailed this in recent years. She has been to 84 different countries and has an extensive collection of fridge magnets from the places she has visited
