As an elite athlete I am always pushing my body beyond its limits to get better. Over the course of my 5year career so far I have managed with the help of the team at Take Control Active Rehab to allow my body to train and compete at the highest of standards.

When I first met Trish and the team I had numerous skeletal and muscular dysfunctions, which over time and working with the team I have taken myself from having never ridden a bike to a two World Champion and World Record holder.

18 months ago I had a serious crash on the road and the first thing I did was fly back to Sydney from Adelaide to see Trish and the team. Trish is so highly valued as a Physiotherapist that she has been involved with my support team at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in managing this injury since.
